I will give this product only 2 stars mainly b/c the price does not substantiate the results. I had to take 2 pills twice a day, which costs $90 for a month's supply. I received a free months worth and then bought an additional month supply. For $45 a month this would be a good buy, but definitely not $90. If over 200 lbs....forget about it.
My bodyweight had dipped from 181 lbs to 176 lbs after the stomach flu and my strength weakened accordingly. This product helped me gain 8 lean pounds of muscle over 8 weeks (176 lbs to 184 lbs) BUT most of that was due to my quick rebound after getting sick (6 lbs in the first 4 weeks). I used the second month to get a more realistic feel for the product after being back to par and 2 lbs in a month is not great, especially for $90. This product helped me but it is way OVERPRICED. |
