This is a good product so far...I took my first dose of phenibut this morning.

I took it with some whey protein mixed with chocamine.

The phenibut effect took a while to take place and I felt the effect. I didntt feel much diff than a marijuana high. I took a fourth of a teaspoon....next time ill take half a teaspoon and see how it goes. good product though peace
