I bought this to help me maintain weight as the weather got nicer and I started to run more often and farther. Let me start off by saying that this is the only supplement I've ever taken that I actually look forward to using. The cookies n creme flavor is delicious, especially in milk. Not that taste really matters to me, but it doesn't hurt.
As for results, the Cytogainer did it's job. I was able to maintain my weight and strength despite doing a lot more cardio. All around an excellent product. |
