great price!!! for a good cutting cycle.i 've notices a bigger cut on my triceps,biceps,& chest.word of advised eat right, remenber you are what you eat.also cardio is a must i walk 3 miles per day on the first week,then push it up to 6 miles per day and 2 days off cardio.i began at 216 b/f 19.5%-after 2 weeks drop to 206wt b/f 17.8.i would recommend it to any one who wants to safe money for food,cause the high protien & low carbs is money vaccumm. |
