I took about 1/16 of a teaspoon and it was too much for me to handle very well, perhaps because I had only gotten 4 hours sleep. It hit me about 15 minutes later, and I felt my chest well up with a burning feeling on my breastbone, and an accelerated heartbeat. I had an INCREDIBLE amount of energy, felt like I could get the best workout of my life. But it was a little scary too, and I didn't like the weird "metalic" feeling in the middle of my chest. I'm going to try this again in a few days and see if it's any different. I'd recommend this though, just start with a low dosage. |
