Into the end of my 2nd week of no-xplode and so far so good. Changed things up for no-xplode so working out back to 3 on and 2 off days. Next, had to change my eatting plans around a little. I'm a firm believer in carbing UP a bit before an intense workout but no-xplode says take on empty stomach, no problem. Mix/eat my 12egg whites & 1 1/2 cups of grits at 5AM. Around 730AM took no-xplode. Ended up with 2 1/2 scoops as 3 makes me feel a bit light headed (i'm 6'4 250lbs 12bf) during my workout. My focus was the best ever, my stamina was up good and my strength improved a little but expected lotta mo. Will admit I was hoping for more of a pump that would last a bit longer. I plan to introduce perhaps nitrix (the reviews aren't so great) or go back to syntrax nitrous (which always gives me a great pump). ANyway, taking 2 1/2 scoops runs the container out fast. After using this will go to the cee superpump stack which seems to be getting decent reviews. Finally, would recommend no-xplode it might work for you. Give it 4 of 5 starz. |
