Had to wait for my individual vitamins to run out before ordering animal pak. Didn't see many other recommendations so I figured to give it a try. First, many of the pills are huge no doubt about it. Either you man up and swallow them or break the down by biting/chewing them which is what I ending up doing after about 2 weeks. Rather than taking the pak everyday have been taking them on training days and using up the est of the scattering vitamins left from the past 6+months. I believe in taking vitamins. I can't sit here and say I felt great and it improvded my workouts drastically. I think multi-vitamins are necessary and have their place. Because I'm stacking thangs like NO, creatine, protein and bcaas see and feel results but haven't tried to go off them completely and just run with animal pack to see and feel a difference. Bottom line would recommend this product however will try something else (not sure what yet) when this runs out. |
