I havent used this product in years. Like maybe since 1991... but all I can say is Champion Heavyweight gainer helped me go from 145 to 195 lean, over a 2 year period back in the day. I used to have 2-3 servings a day in between 3-4 solid meals freshman and sophmore year in college.
I think over the years I got scared of carb heavy drinks, but looking back, those were some pretty solid gaining years...
Anyways, great price, solid food for someone who needs a good 40 grams of protein and 6-700 calories in between meals, or post-workout.
Stuff used to taste AWESOME ... but again, that was back in the day.
