Cheap and exceedingly good for you. I take about 20-30 of these a day when I'm cutting. Read all the related articles on it to understand why this is such a simple and great supplement to add to any diet regimen. I'd suggest getting a vitamin E supplement if you go as high as I do for dosing.
If you don't want to take so many capsules, then Super EPA is a little easier, but the math works out this way:
For every $1 spent on plain Fish Oil, you get 5.538g of EPA, and for every $1 spent on Super EPA you get 3.088g of EPA.
So if you want to take fewer pills, get the Super EPA, and but if you want more EPA and DHA for less money and don't mind a little fish-burping, then go with this. |
