Just got through my first container. At first I thought it was a bit overpriced but you can't argue with results!
Recovery time was cut in half and I have noticed that I'm more vascular, and not just for a few hours following workouts, all day long. Not sure if this is coincidence, no one else mentioned it in their reviews, but I wasn't like this before I started using Xtend.
I have been taking 2 scoops pre-workout, 3 scoops durring workout, and 2 scoops post.
The taste is pretty good but it doesn't mix very well no matter how you try. A very minor complaint to an excellent supplement.
A purchase I didn't regret! |
