Big difference in my workouts. Muscle stamina and endurance are greatly improved, and my recovery time is reduced as well. It does what it says. Word to the wise though. Not everybody gets 90 servings out of this. If you weigh over 180 or 190, it's recommended you take 3 servings. And mix that with ATLEAST a quart of water. I wasn't paying attention the first time I took it and only mixed 16 oz. of water. How to describe that taste....If a grape had an asshole, I think that is what it would taste like. Mix it right and it's not half bad, although slightly Dimetapp-ish. |
