Not sure if this stuff is as great as it claims. It definately perks my ass up, considering I have a very low caffeine tolerance now adays. So this stuff gets me up. Only really used it to help me study, in which, it did seem to help me concentrate and get more work done. Took it once before working out and I felt down right sick in the middle of the workout. Finished it up, but won't ever take this preworkout again. So overall, great for a pick me up, but pass on it in the gym. |
