I spoon many powders everyday and wash them down with a few gulps. Unlike regular creatine, this completely liquifies when liquid hits it. And we all know that smaller particles = quicker and better absorbtion and uptake. I had heard about this one from the message boards and this is my creatine from now on. Why save a dollar on a three-month supply when it is just going to sit at the bottom of your cup?
