Okay. My first review. I am an old timer (early 40's) so I remember the days of arginine, ornithine and glutamine. I still use them at night on an empty stomach to cut fat--it works for me but that is not the review. The creatine monhydrate I used made me bloat--surprise, surprise. I am new to creatine. This one, however, is superb. The pump is huge, it does stay, and this stuff gets that last rep. The one where the disappoinment grabs you if you don't finish it. Well, this stuff is hot, very hot and helps me a lot. The 2-3gm doses twice a day are good guides. Note however, this stuff tastes so bitter, it is the worst tasting stuff I ever had--ever. Don't think about masking the bitterness with your favorite juice it will overpower it with no problem. I use caps I assemble and a gram or so in my protein drink three times a day. Buy some, it is quite good. I don't use the fad stuff, so I have no comparison. I try to keep it simple, and this is as simple as it gets. One generic amino powder. Buy some, you'll love it. |
