GOOD VALERIAN - BAD SMELL
I have tried a number of brands and have found this to be as effective as any and the price is comparable to Wal-Mart.
This NOW Valerian also seems to lower BP [which I monitor 4-6x daily] 5-8 points with a 2 capsule dose and does relieve minor chronic muscular tightness and minor intestinal spasms in a predictable and therapeutic way.
The bad news is, if you expect it to be a sleeping pill you will be disappointed, but it does help one relax and hopefully sleep will follow. The good news is, it does not seem to be habit forming. |
