I take the fruit punch flavor, and enjoy the taste a bit tart but it goes away. I get energy from the caffeine and a focus sensation that keeps my head from wandering when I work out. I also like the fact that when I mix my CEE in with this, the CEE dissolves right away. There's a zone type feeling when on this, not jitters great product.
