Overall a really good product, except it comes in a bag! The bad tore within 2 weeks of having it! The taste is pretty horrible too, but if you pound it down fast with cold water, its managable. One great thing is that it is the fastest mixing protein I have ever used, mixes in under one minute with a shaker! And for the price, and how much you get, this is definately a great buy! I've gained some weight and strength from it also, which better happen with protein.
