Just recieved it today and tried some measurements. After several tries, I could not get consistent results. Your accuracy depends on how well you handle the calipers. The "beep" telling you the measure is made would happen before I actually had the calipers pinching my skin fold. I guessed my bf% around 14% to 15%. I've gotten readings between 11% and 17% over several tries with most falling in the 14% to 15% range, so I would say that the accuracy is probably good but you have to average your measurements to get a good measure and I wouldn't feel comfortable giving an exact bf% number. The best I could say is "between 14 and 15 percent". That's not bad, but I wish I had bought the cheaper plastic one instead.
The MyoTape on the other hand is a worthwhile investment. I got similar measurements using a sewing tape measure, but the Myotape is far easier to use by yourself and better for consistently accurate measurements.
