OK - I went through one full container of this stuff before I started my cutting cycle. I used 1 scoop in the morning 1/2 hour before going to the gym (I get up at 5:30am and hit the gym at 6am on an empty stomach) and another scoop in the evening before dinner. First off let me say this is some NASTY tasting stuff! Even if you add it to juice or a soft drink it just makes the juice\soft drink taste nasty. It also doesn't mix very well. I used a hand-held electric mixer and a lot of particles are still swirling around in the water. I added some artificial sweetner to the water\Nitrocharge mixture and gulped it down quick before the particles settled to the bottom of the glass.
For the first few days I didn't notice anything and I figured it was yet another rip-off product. By the 4th day, however, I noticed my muscles still had that "just worked out" feeling throughout the day. It's not a major pump, just sort of an additional "stretched" feeling. It didn't really seem to give me any additional energy in the morning workouts, but I did have some small improvements in the amount of weight I could lift even though I was on a maintenance diet.
So bottom line I'd say this stuff DOES give you some muscle improvements and a little extra "pump", just not a whole lot. I may try it again but use a double dose. For what it's worth, before using Nitrocharge I went through a whole container of Swole Turbo V12 which did absolutely nothing for me. |
