Great Product. Let me start off by saying Beverly does in fact make the highest quality products. They have the most bio-available protiens anywhere and they have a ton of research to back it up. Now to the ZMA. I wake up with a bit of a pump. Workouts are great and sleep is definately improved. On a down note, I am more groggy in the mornings, hard to get out of bed. This product is natural and uses your natural testosterone. Going to be all I use when the ban on prohormones kicks in. (Use it now as an after cycle recovery supp.) |
