This creatine product does not stack up well against any combination creatine that's made to "load" quickly ( like Vitargo ), and this product is a few steps below traditional micronized creatine monohydrate. Maybe it's chemical formula, which is Creatine Anhydrous, has something to do with it. I'm not a scientist so I don't know. I would have to say that it didn't seem as effective for hardening and volumizing my muscles as monohydrate so I wouldn't purchase this again.
