This is hands down the best ZMA product I have ever tried! I have incredible dreams and get the most refreshing night's sleep using this product and I can tell you that after using all the other brands; Optimum, Twinlabs, Prolabs, EAS, that Beverly International products are consistently better than any of the others. I am not affiliated with the company in any way, just a very satisfied customer!
