Review:

The last few years my joints have really started to ache. After a workout my joints would stiffen so much that I actually tore my rotators cup twice just by moving my arm in a quick upward motion. The second time was 2 hours after my workout. This stuff helps keep my joints loose and keeps the soreness out. Another great product I recommend is Joint MD.
