Just read some of the previous reviews.I have been thru that many Grape Xtends.I love having it before cardio.The taste remains in your mouth.I usually want a chew on something during cardio.But this stops that desire.Which is a good thing.When u trying to burn fat. Mix 15mins before u want to drink it and it's fine.No white bit's..If u stir it in water.Then yes it goes down your throat bad.Watermelon.Is great to start..Over it by the end.This does not happen with Grape.I love Lemon too..I can drink that all day.And yes I try to have 2 flavors on the go at once.Lemon for at work.Grape for cardio and gym.Just can't beat knowing u are feeding your body huge serves of Amino's.Always positive then! |
