If you are looking for one of the best deals in protein then you have found it. Not only does it taste good enough to mix with only water (I always get chocolate), but it mixes very easily with just a spoon and has a good profile of amino acids. It is also very low in calories compared to Syntha-6 and Muscle Milk. It might not taste quite as good as those, but it really is very close. It also has more protein per gram than the previously mentioned. If cost is a consideration then go with this and you will have no regrets as everybody says. If you don't care about the cost and are willing to spend double for something just noticeably better, monster milk. |
