I took this with an added dosage of resveratrol. Definitely helped on recovery and will be buying another bottle sometime soon. Just makes hard workouts easier and possibly increases a little natty test. Good new product. They could possibly add a few ingredients to make this the best out there in its category. I really respect controlled labs after my experience with this.
