I paid about $29.99 for a 5lb tub of Body Fortress and $76.99 for the 10lb bag of %100 Whey Gold Standard.
I will continue to buy %100 Whey Gold Standard because it has easier drinkability and much more Typical Amino Acids, essential and non essential in a smaller scoop.
Online 100% Whey Gold Standard states it contains 220mg potassium per scoop but on the bag it is not listed?(I don't know)
Far as nutritional contents its basically the same as walmart body fortress super advanced protein.
