Review:

has a good working blend of everything a bodybuilder needs for pre-workout: protein, simple carbs, and loads of eaa's. only downside is it tastes nasty, really nasty. but in my years as a bodybuilder i've learned to down some pretty bad tasting shit as long as its gonna do me good...
