I tried using this to loose my winter weight, it did nothing for me. in addition to lifting 4 times a week, i add in 30 min cardio sessions in the spring, i usually take a fat burner but i've been having trouble with stimulants latelty so i decided to give this a try... after 4 weeks nothing at all in fact i think i've lost some lean mass and gained fat... this is crap I label it as such, i only wish i could have the last 4 weeks back with a supplement that works. |
