This is by far the best supp I have used and it really lives up to his claim. Only thing is that the standard dosage(as far as I know) is 10grams pre, during and post workout. Two level scoops would give you 7 grams of bcaa so I take three scoops per serving to get me 10 grams. So in total 9 scoops per workout. Gets a little expensive but worth every penny. |
