Review:

I take 600 mg, 2x a day, with coconut oil and 45g of Whey protein, as well as with a few other ingredients that I purchase from Bulk Nutriton and after 3 weeks, I have seen noticeable lean mass gains.

My wife also made a comment about the old muscle that I lost while I was lazy and not working out has returned again!

I am amazed at the results in as little as 3 weeks.

The key is taking 600mg twice daily with coconut oil and whey protein!!!
