I do a lot of running. Normally I feel pretty worthless for the rest of the day and am fatigued/fuzzy minded.
I started taking spoonfuls of choline bitartrate before and after running, and I really perked up and felt much better. My supplement regimen isn't an exact science, so I'm mostly sure its the choline ( I also stated on inositol hexaphosphate )
I've also been taking forskolin, and ALCAR, which likely contribute to an increase in acetylcholine.
The taste isn't bad. Its just a little tart, like sourpatch candy. It dissolves very easily too (can't say that about the inositol hexaphosphate).
Definitely something I'm going to keep taking. |
