Caffeine never did much for me. This stuff though, I'd say it gets me into my head more than my body. Good for studying,not so much for a pre-workout. I'd take some of this before doing some tai-chi, chi kung. I think it would definitely help with those types of things. For me, I'd take it maybe before a boring lecture or something like that; just to make things more interesting. I stack this with acetyl L-carnitine. |
