one word - AMAZING!
this creatine is awesome.....best bang for the buck. i've tried soo many creatine products and have had to quit in the middle of a cycle...cos of upset stomach...then i came accross this one, (only bulknutrition.com had it at such a low price!) read that it said no upset stomach guaranteed. I have a really week stomach..spicy foods upset my stomach so if this creatine did not upset my stomach like the others did...it wouldn't affect a person with a normal stomach.
I've been taking it since the first week of september, i combined it with optimum's amino acid tabs and i have gained over 5 pounds in jus one month...thats like gainin a pound of muscle each week!
you can notice the difference instantly...with the first two or three servings my muscle were rock hard..whole body tightened and the pumps last quite a while!
I took this with 10 ounces of grape juice. make sure to drink an extra 10 ounces of water after each serving and lots of water throughout the day. I recommend this to anyone looking for serious muscle gains and pumps!
