I've tried at least dozens of "fish oil" gel caps. This is by far one of the highest quality versions I've used. (Fisol being another good manufacturer). However, the dosage per gelcap is double that of Fisol's. So you're getting more bang for your buck.

Also, I can tell the high quality by the fact that the oils inside the gelcap are not clear and transparent like cheap fish oil, but is actually clouded and murkey, indicating that it hasn't been diluted or filtered.

Definately a REAL bargain. Even my skin and hair feel softer, younger and healthier. So stock up!
