After 10 weeks of using BodyOctane it is safely ensconced on my “must-have” list of supplements. The primary benefits that I have experienced are:
Significantly reduced DOMS
Increased aerobic ability – being able to make sudden bursts of sprinting in the 85th minute of a gruelling soccer match without being left short of breath afterwards is of particular note.
Being able to push muscles to the limit with feeling a ‘burn’ (as mentioned above). Even when I increased weights on a week-to-week basis I was still able to generate enough to make that last rep. The only possible drawback of this is that it could lead to overtraining without the proper knowledge.
Increased energy both inside and outside the gym.
