Prefer this over the monohydrate form having only tried these two ..I will stick with this from now on.

Strength,Power,Endurance and everything else you expect from Creatine is there with this being tons better than mono.

Worth the extra coinage,got another 1kg tub on the way.

Taste takes a bit getting use to but after a while you just don't notice.

It does have big clumps in it ,but just squash em down and you got yourself a very solid creatine product here.
