Review:

I take two servings daily, AM/PM. I was ill with strep and other infections EVERY 4 WEEKS from training stress ever since starting weight lifting--untill I added this. Now I train hard and stay well! I'm blown away, and I'll never do without it.
As for trans fats, they are harmless. Check out www_junkscience_com
