Just finishing up my first 10lb bucket of this stuff, and so far, I've gained quite a bit. Of course, I'm also lifting heavy and eating about 3400 calories (excluding the NLarge). But on workout days I've been doing 1 serving before, and 1 after the workouts. On non-workout days, I do 1 in the morning and 1 in the evening. Gets me to around 4600 calories per day. I've definitely a very hard-gainer, but I'm really putting effort in this time. The Nlarge has been awesome!
Taste is really good. I tried an MRP once before (which tasted horrible and wouldn't mix). NLarge mixes perfectly in water and tastes good. It is really filling. At first I didn't realize how filling it was because I drank it fast, but then I started noticing it. You need to drink it fast, otherwise if you stop in between, you may not be able to finish. This is the only 'supplement' I'm taking. I only started creatine 2-3 days ago, so I know my gain is not much water weight actually. I also take glutamine for soreness, and ZMA, but that's it.
Thanks for a great product, I hope it also helps other hardgainers. I'll be drinking this stuff until 2010, at least. |
