I was happy to see the price had come down on this - been wanting to try it for some time and was able to snatch up a good deal by coming here for it.
This appears to be one of the few supplements that works for me. I bought the orange flavor, so it's not too sweet or too bitter to me - reminds me almost of Tang from my childhood days. I do notice at times that the flavoring seems to upset my stomach, which I'm not sure why that is - may need to get a different flavor next time around. Mixes very well with simply a shaker bottle and water - I don't notice anything floating around, chunks or clumps, stuff like that. I do notice some slightly improved performance in the gym, and the biggest asset is that I don't seem to notice the onset soreness as much the following day(s).
Between this, Muscle Milk, and whey protien, I believe my supplement staples are complete. Definately worth the purchase. |
