Pros: Gained 10 pounds in 2 and a half weeks. Strength was up about 20% in every excercise. Gains were dry and lean. Retained 8 pounds after PCT. Nothing gives you a better pump than this stuff. Arginine has nothing on this stuff.
Cons: Tightness in the back started a week and a half into the cycle. My lower back got tighter with every workout. No matter how much I stretched, it became tighter and more painful until it started to hurt my workouts. Libido was below normal at the beginning of week 3. Hair shedding increased a bit. Mainly the lower back pain was the biggest thing. I left the gym in so much pain that i could barely drive. i decided to come off the stuff immediately at that point.
Summary: Overall, I can't wait to do it again, but I would definately use a weight belt when going heavy and stretch more. Back pain did me in, but probably better off anways. Back pain subsided a week after cycle. PCT included 6-oxo 4 per day 1st week. 3 per day 2nd week. 2 per day 3rd week coimbined with liver support. This product was the first that I've tried that gave me unreal gains. I seemed to gain half a pound every day and it's exciting when that happens. Stacked with creatine and beta-alanine. Must allow yourself more sleep to recover. protein was at 1.5 g/lb of bodyweight. Calories were at 3500 daily.
