I took a hit of this around noon and had to workout late that day. i was pumped all day from this stuff. later took a scoop of superpump250 just for the hell of it. i was noticing veins on my biceps i never noticed before. what i like about this is, it lasts you all day. good energy and great pump. this maybe better than any N.O. i've taken.
