well i just tested out my initial dose of glycer grow and all i gotta say is fuck... before i went to the gym i mixed 3 scoops of this with beta alanine waxy maize and some glutamine well the taste wasnt good but when i went to the gym i had an insane pump i was training back and my lats were stretching out my shirt i also noticed better vascularity considering im in offseason im about 212 at 10% bf. i tried this out cause im taking a break from creatine and xlevol ( preworkout no2 drink ) and shit am i happy. Just make sure then when you take this you have to pound down water. highly recommended |
