I usually take optimum nutritions 100% whey for a long time i decided to switch to this becuase it offers more versatility then whey protien which is meant to have immediate anabolic affects while the casien and other slower protiens have an anti catabolic affect. So what im trying to get at is this protien can be used when u wake up to end catabolism after a long sleep it can help with muscle growth and preservation post workout and it can be used as a meal replacement if needed i would not use it preworkout though you only need a fast source of protein preworkout. O ya and the taste is great so far im extremley happy. |
