Using this product is a little tough in the beginning because the pills are like horse pills, but after a while you get used to it. Since I've started using this product I've noticed a nice boost of energy throughout my daily workouts. This coupled with pump has yielded massive results. Before I was doing 60% my max during non-max workout days...now I'm up to 100% max every day and have even increased my max. This is a good product to break out of that plateau in your workouts. All around I give this a must have rating. |
