It might work if it didn't make me run to the bathroom right after taking it. It might just be a personal allergy since I haven't read this from anyone else and this is the only BCAA supp I have taken.
It does not mix well at all, it forms a skin on the top of the water where all the powder sits, unless you stir furiously for a few minutes. Does not incorporate by shaking either. The taste is terrible, very bitter. 1fast400/bulknut does a great job with most products, but I have to say, I am not a fan of this one. If it wasn't for the fact that I have to take a dump 5 mins after consuming, I could power through the crap taste and poor mixing, no prob. |
