Stuff works. Drink it pre and post work out. I have never taken the recommended dosage for pre work out because I think thats just ridiculous, but with what i'm taking which is 2 servings on legs and 1 serving the other days, i have felt less fatigue in my work outs. Post work out I use the usual one dosage and my recovery time is good, never as sore. 4 stars because its pricey. |
