I'm coming to the end of my cycle... 10# in muscle gains. Rage outbursts are the norm, but I have increased my bench an easy 50#, 70# on squats, and 30# on Seated Military Press. Shirts are now tight in the sleeves and across the chest. I am noticeably larger than when I started, both by co-workers and myself.
I have no loss of libido, slight acne (but that might be because of the constant changing in weather down here) no gyno, and no shrinkage. I have no back pains, kidney pains, or liver problems.
My only disappointment was the fat didn't come off like I expected, but I ate whatever I wanted and didn't maintain a great diet. Protein and water intake are maxed out, but so are the carbs. Next cycle (there definitely will be another one) I'll bump to 3 caps a day, keep the carbs to slower digesting and stack with p-plex.
