been ordering from bulknutrition for about 10 years. my last order included realgains chocolate. when i recv'd it my wife saw the date on the lid was expired more that 8 months old! sent bulknutrition sales & customer service email to see what they could do. well, they never replied. follow-up no reply. bulknutrition is an 800lb gorilla out there and so they prolly don't give a sheet but they just lost me as a customer. please check the expiration on the top of the lid. bulknutrtion should have a quality assurance mechanism in place to check expired items. it's clear they don't. i'll continue to use their website to get customer reviews but that's it. will use bodybuilding.com or anyone else after getting dissed by bulk. i prolly read 1/2 the reviews on this website and always thought the people complaining about customer service won't happen to me. yall be careful. |
