I just got this in the mail and took my first dose well i no with a multi vitamin your not really going to feel affects from it but im going to give it 5 stars becuase i think the combination of multivitamin/mineral , joint support and digestive aid is a great idea for a product. Ive used products like animal pak and it was good but i have to say alot of useless shit like miniscule amounts of amino acids and panax ginseng and etc which you build up a tolerance too. Well the point im trying to get at is your always going to need a multi and the longer your in this game your gonna need joint support and the digestive enzymes help you get more out of your food so why not get all of the shit you need and none of the crap you dont for a cheap price. |
